Aikidesk Ltd is a Bulgarian company, dedicated to providing tools that enable you to offer excellent customer support. The initial version of our help desk system was developed in 2006 as an internal project to manage our development and support activities, and has served us and our partners faithfully through multiple products and millions of tickets. The Aikidesk company was founded in 2014 with the goal to re-develop the product and bring it to the public.
